How did you get interested in global issues?
I wanted to gain more knowledge about the welfare of various countries, and I wanted to learn how to support impoverished countries.
Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
I am volunteering because I want to gain more insight on how the United States plays a role in supporting the world’s poor, and what I can do, as an individual, to create more awareness about global issues.
