I am volunteering as an intern with The Borgen Project because I believe that addressing global poverty is both a moral responsibility and a meaningful way to create lasting change. Through advocacy, I want to help ensure that U.S. policy reflects compassion, fairness, and global awareness. I am motivated by the idea that individual voices can influence real decisions in Congress and contribute to improving lives around the world.
