Welcome to The Borgen Project! This summer, I get the golden opportunity to be a journalism intern with the organization, where I’ll be able to shed some light on the ways you and I (yes, you!) can bring aid to developing countries across the world from right here at home. Nothing exists in a vacuum; in an age of individualism, we forget that we all have stake in one another. Yet through the Borgen Project, I am rediscovering the power of community and individual voices, and I hope you will be there right alongside me.
