I am volunteering because it is my personal belief that everyone in this world has a multitude of brilliance to offer. The problem is, when a large portion of our world population is emaciated, struggling to find water, we as a society, struggle to find those who will change our world tomorrow. Everyone deserves to have basic human necessities. I believe that if they are unable to receive it on their own, it is our duty to alleviate that burden in any way we can. These global issues affect all of us in different ways, weather we realize it or not. Addressing them leads to a better quality of life worldwide. Seeing the disparity in the world makes me uneasy and devastated. Every person is entitled to meals everyday, clean water and healthcare.
