Growing up in India, poverty wasn’t something I read about in textbooks — it was something I witnessed firsthand. I saw families trapped in generational cycles of poverty, without access to basic education, sanitation, or opportunity. No child should grow up in those conditions simply because of where they were born. As an international student now living in Dublin, I want to use my unique position to advocate for policies that create real, lasting change for the world’s most vulnerable people. This internship is my way of turning what I’ve seen into action.
