As an African born into the most populated African Country Nigeria, which ranked 103 out of 121 countries in the 2022 Global Hunger Index ,I know what it feels like to live in extreme poverty, where the basic need of live like clean water, shelter, food and clothes are far beyond the reach of a vast number of people. Children with great potentials die daily due to hunger while those that survive have endure poor quality of life. Exposure to The Borgen Project gave me great satisfaction as my desire to lend my voice to the voiceless is being fulfilled.
