I am volunteering as a writer for The Borgen Project, a non-profit which recently expanded to the UK fighting for innovative solutions to global poverty. Their primary goal is advocacy to government, encouraging progressive foreign policy which addresses these issues. Writing for them I will cover subjects ranging from education to disease, solutions for malnutrition to economic development. Any funds raised will be distributed directly to building their magazine and team of advocates in both the US and UK.
