How did you get interested in global issues?
I’ve always known that I wanted the work that I choose to do to make a positive impact on society. I wasn’t quite sure how I’d find a company that valued the social aspects and actually did things to initiate change. Once I stumbled across The Borgen Project, I knew it was the perfect fit.

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
I know what it’s like to feel like you’re unheard and unseen. If I can help change the world in any kind of way I am willing to do so.

Any interesting tidbits to share?
I am trained in ballet, jazz, modern, and contemporary dance. In my spare time, I like to take classes.

My compassion/humility list:
I will do the following for any friends or family who donates in my honor…

  1. For $75, I will pay for a full meal from a restaurant of your choice.
  2. For $100, I will clean your entire house from top to bottom.
  3. For $150, I will be your chauffeur for the entire day.
