Hello! I am volunteering as an intern at The Borgen Project, a non-profit organisation committed to fighting global poverty. I want to be an advocate for making UK foreign policy more accountable for helping those in developing countries. Since the UK government has decreased the foreign aid budget, I want to mobilise people to get the government to stick to the UN-agreed target of 0.7% of Gross National income on foreign aid. Fundraising is an integral part of enabling non-profit organisations to continue advocating and raising awareness. Any donations are much appreciated.
