How did you get interested in global issues?
I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t! My brain is abstract enough that I can feel connected to every creature on the planet simply because our tiny lives overlap in the vastness of eternity.

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
Because poverty is so unnecessary and preventable. This remarkable planet *can* support billions, it is billionaires – who serve only themselves and their allies in business and politics – that are the blight.

Any interesting tidbits to share?
Reading, writing, gaming, recycling, skincare, acting, leaving the country once a year.
