I am volunteering as an intern at The Borgen Project because I am passionate about fighting injustice. Part of my role is to fundraise to help tackle the stark inequalities we are currently seeing in the world today. Global issues such as the COVID pandemic and the effects of climate change are exacerbating the challenges faced by those living in poverty, therefore it is all the more important that we donate and help those in need.
