Hey there, I’m volunteering for The Borgen Project because I believe in their mission and the positive impact they have on global issues. The Borgen Project is dedicated to fighting global poverty and advocating for policies that can make a real difference in the lives of people in need. I’m particularly interested in global issues because I believe that we are all interconnected in this world, and the challenges faced by people in one part of the world ultimately affect us all. One of my jobs as a team member is to help fundraise. I will be writing fundraising letters as well as additionally running a 10k. I have little experience in running, so I’m excited to take on this personal challenge to be part of a larger movement working towards positive change on a global scale.
