How did you get interested in global issues?
Equality to me is not just a term, for it defines whether my achievements would be decided by my efforts or barred by a glass ceiling of discrimination. Having personally been on the receiving end of discrimination due to ethnicity, gender, religion I strive to create an environment where people from different socio-cultural backgrounds feel safe enough to spread their wings. The principles of inclusivity, opportunity and equity is what drives me towards carving a path.

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
I believe every person deserves an opportunity to live, to not have to struggle for any basic necessities in life!

Any interesting tidbits to share?
My hobbies: Sketching, embroidery, Soft pastel, reading and writing.
