How did you get interested in global issues?
“Open your eyes and see” – My background is international, and I have been given the opportunity to live in different countries throughout my life. These countries were very diverse in terms of development, GDP per capita, human rights implementation, access to education, etc. Hence, my personal background has triggered a great interest in global issues and potential solutions to such issues.

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
I truly believe that every stone contributes to the greatness and to the strength of a construction. At our individual level, we are much more powerful than we think. I am certain that things will change thanks to hard work and determination.

Any interesting tidbits to share?
