Name: Madysen Della
Location: Warren, MI
Position: Human Resources Intern

Fundraising Goal: $500

How did you get interested in global issues?
I’ve always had an interest in helping others. I have personally seen the struggle of living in a country where basic necessities are not readily available. I think it is my moral duty to give back to those who do not have the luxury of clean drinking water, or access to education.

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
Again, I have a moral obligation to help others since I am lucky enough to have the privilege of basic necessities.

Any interesting tidbits to share?
I am Filipina American, I love to dance and choreograph and serve my local filipinx community.

My compassion/humility list:
I will do the following for any friends or family who donates in my honor…

  1. Dye my hair
  2. Run my fastest mile
  3. Clean your house top to bottom
