How did you get interested in global issues?
Model United Nations really got me interested, as well as through my personal travels.

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
I want to leave a positive mark on this world, and I believe that one of the best ways to do this is through serving the world’s poor.

Any interesting tidbits to share?
I love running cross country and track, and my favorite movie is “La La Land.”

My compassion/humility list:
I will do the following for any friends or family who donates in my honor…

  1. $30: Teach something for an hour (Standardized testing, classwork, fine arts, running, gardening, origami, Chinese…contact me for the full list!)
  2. $50: Personal tour guide around Seattle for a morning/ an afternoon
  3. $15-$60: Custom artwork (Acrylic, watercolor, collage, graphite, pen and ink, etc.)
  4. $10: Write a poem about a topic of your choice
  5. $25: Running/cycling to the location of your choice
