How did you get interested in global issues?
I took a class in high school about U.S. Government and Politics, and I learned that I had more power as a citizen than I previously thought.

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
I think it is my duty to use my voice and help others. It is rewarding, and I want to continue to fill my life with opportunities to serve others.

Any interesting tidbits to share?
I’m a college student, and in my free time, I participate in theater and dance performances.

My compassion/humility list:
I will do the following for any friends or family who donates in my honor…

  1. Be available for anything you need help with in the future
  2. Forever regard you as a wonderful, trusting person in my life
