Hi everyone! I am currently interning with The Borgen Project in the Nonprofit leadership team. I am incredibly passionate about the work that our organisation is doing with regards to lobbying government in both the United States and United Kingdom to pass key legislation to help eradicate global poverty. I firmly believe that as developed nations, both the US and UK have a moral imperative to do all that they can to help global economic development and alleviate poverty around the world. A key aspect of my role during this internship is to help fundraise for The Borgen Project so that we can continue our mission to mobilise people across the globe to make poverty a political priority.
