How did you get interested in global issues?
I’ve done Model United Nations for many years and learning about and discussing global issues in this way inspired me to take action and get involved in helping address these issues.
Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
I believe that as someone who lives in the UK, one of the richest countries in the world, I am in a position to do a lot of good for those who are less fortunate and I want to do my part to help others.
Any interesting tidbits to share?
I’m originally German and Spanish and have lived in six countries (Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, and the United Kingdom).
