I am interning at The Borgen Project because I want to be part of a movement to generate concrete change in the world from the bottom up! I believe in an era of globalisation our need to be interconnected and compassionate towards all peoples across the planet is stronger than ever, and part of that involves genuinely caring about issues affecting those less fortunate than us. I believe by addressing issues such as poverty we can help inspire hope and goodwill amongst humanity and aid people in feeling more hopeful about humanity to inspire further change and spark a desire for others to generate this change directly.
