Name: Harrison Jones
Location: Olathe, Kansas
Position: Human Resources Intern

Fundraising Goal: $500

How did you get interested in global issues?
I became interested in global issues when I learned how little it takes to make such a large impact in our world. A large misconception about global issues is that even some change requires a lot of effort, which is what The Borgen Project hopes to disprove.

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
I am volunteering my time in an effort to shine some light on the power citizens of the United States hold, but often don’t realize they have.

Any interesting tidbits to share?
