In the United States, there are approximately 5,300 colleges and universities. These colleges and universities range from beauty schools to private Ivy League research universities like Harvard University. Combined, all of the colleges and universities are often referred to as “the American higher-education system.”

As HR team members, we need your assistance in finding information on where all of the American higher-education institutions post their internship opportunities.  In this task, Google is your best friend.  We are aware that some use Symplicity, CSO Network, College Central Network and Handshake.  There are plenty of institutions who use other platforms and we need to know what these are.

Below are links to lists of institutions of higher education in the United States (colleges and universities) by state, grouped by Census Region, as well as lists of institutions in United States insular areas and of American institutions located outside the United States and its territories.

Northeastern United States

Midwestern United States

Southern United States

Western United States

Insular Areas of the United States and the 50 states and Washington, D.C.

Please go through the links above for each region, each institution and retrieve the information on internship opportunities.  The following video explains how to retrieve the information.

Once you have retrieved the information, please add to this spreadsheet.
