How did you get interested in global issues?
Through my undergraduate degree at the University of Liverpool where I studied a range of global societies and communities.

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
I currently have some time free when not working to volunteer and want to use this opportunity to help the world’s poor while I can. I think it is necessary for everyone to do what they can to help other people and volunteering is how I can best achieve that.

Any interesting tidbits to share?
I am Irish, I aim to read a book every week and I love films.
