How did you get interested in global issues?
I studied a minor of sociology in university and it was then that I realised how much I concern about the world’s many issues, wherein there were gender inequality, climate change, poverty, racial discrimination, etc. I deeply feel urged to

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
The world’s resource and financial distribution are not arranged in equal hands to those born into inequalities. I come from a country where this problem has always been ever-present and influential to most working-class families so I am eager to fight global poverty in a way I can relate.

Any interesting tidbits to share?
I like cooking, writing, reading, dancing and most recently paddle boarding. Random fact: Living in the UK for three years now I still speak with an American accent

My Compassion/Humility List
