Name: Brianna Mullen
Location: Wichita, Kansas
Position: Human Resources Intern

Fundraising Goal: $500

How did you get interested in global issues? When I went to college, I was inspired by several philosophy and ethics courses. Before, I was very ignorant of issues outside of myself. College gave me a new perspective and, time and time again, I have recognized the inconsistency between the support American leaders boast on social media and the action they take. I want to do my part to make change, however I can.

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor? I have always loved volunteering in my community, but I want to reach as far as possible.

Any interesting tidbits to share? I am a recent graduate of Pittsburg State University where I majored in Psychology with an emphasis in Human Resource Development and a minor in Leadership Studies. Go ‘Rillas!
