How did you get interested in global issues?
There are several reasons why I am interested in global issues. I strongly feel a sense of responsibility to help others and improve the world. I am also motivated by a desire to learn and understand different cultures and perspectives.

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
Advancements in technology and communication have made it easier for me to access information and become aware of global issues. As I become more aware of these issues, I feel compelled to take action and make a difference in my own way.

Any interesting tidbits to share?
Children are particularly vulnerable to the effects of poverty – according to UNICEF, around 385 million children worldwide live in extreme poverty. Poverty can have a ripple effect on other aspects of life, such as education, health, and access to basic services like clean water and sanitation.
