I am fundraising for The Borgen Project because I believe in being an advocate for one of the world’s most important issues. My experiences of travelling and volunteering in different places around the world opened my eyes to the profound impact poverty has on the lives of so many people around the world. These experiences have ignited a deep sense of purpose within me. I am drawn to global issues because they transcend borders and remind us of our shared humanity. Through fundraising for the eradication of world poverty, I am taking a tangible step to make a difference, driven by the faces and stories of those I’ve met who deserve a better future.
