Spending a month living with a family in Kumba, Cameroon sparked my interest in taking action to address issues of global poverty.

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
I’ve recently come to recognize how lucky I am to have what I have. I hope to show my gratitude and initiate a change through my work with The Borgen Project.

Any interesting tidbits to share?
I love live music and summer baseball games, I hate Nutella and I am an expert at Harry Potter trivia.
