How did you get interested in global issues?
I am a student at New York University, and my major is Global Liberal Studies, so global issues are something that I am passionate enough about to study every day!

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
I feel a certain responsibility to use the opportunities that have been awarded to me to give to those less fortunate.

Any interesting tidbits to share?
My favorite movie is Phantom of the Opera, and my favorite book is Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein.
