Name: Adrianna Hyland
Location: Macungie, Pennsylvania
Position: Political Affairs Intern

Fundraising Goal: $500

How did you get interested in global issues?
My interest was sparked during my World History class in high school. Then, when I got to college, I took an International Relations course, and it opened my eyes to the inequality of people throughout the world.

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
They deserve it. They don’t have a platform to speak to people who can help them while people like me do.

Any interesting tidbits to share?
In the fall, I studied abroad in Prague!
