How did you get interested in global issues?
I have always taken an interest in, and studied global issues, but volunteering in Thailand allowed me to see first-hand the living conditions of Thai people, and this inspired me to become a part of the programme that is making a difference.

Why are you volunteering your time to serve the world’s poor?
I believe in raising awareness about poverty to fight for the equal human rights of all people, and believe that a positive impact can be made through a unified, committed response.

Any interesting tidbits to share?
I have a passion for Philosophy and have recently graduated with a Philosophy degree, I make jewellery, I love travelling and taking photos.
