
The Borgen Project fellowship program allows graduate level students to gain management experience and oversee a team of volunteers or interns.
Management Fellowship
Management Fellows are assigned a team to oversee. Depending on the candidates background and the organizations current needs, this could range from a national team of 170 volunteers across the U.S. or a small team of interns in the office.
Requirements:
- MBA or Masters in related field and/or career experience. Although a record of success working for companies, campaigns or nonprofits is more important for this role than graduate level coursework.
- Excellent writer and communicator.
- Highly detailed.
Details: Unpaid. 480 hours required. This fellowship can be completed full-time or part-time (Minimum 4 days per week 20 hours per week). The position works at The Borgen Project’s office in Downtown Seattle and reports to the President of the organization.

Human Resources Fellowship
Human Resources Fellowships are assigned a specific area of The Borgen Project’s national operations to hire for. They oversee and implement all hiring for the assigned area.
Requirements:
- MBA or Masters in related field and/or career experience. Although a record of success working for companies, campaigns or nonprofits is more important for this role than graduate level coursework.
- Excellent writer and communicator.
- Highly detailed.
Details: Unpaid. 480 hours required.This fellowship can be completed full-time or part-time (Minimum 4 days per week 20 hours per week). The position works at The Borgen Project’s office in Downtown Seattle.

Program Managers are responsible for overseeing and/or launching a specific initiative The Borgen Project is working on.
